Lynn Mann, defendant-appellant, appeals from the district court’s judgment ordering him to pay $26,500 to Shearson/American Express, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Shearson), plaintiff-appellee. The $26,500 represents the amount of money Shearson paid Mann for 4,000 shares of Cox Electronic Systems, Inc. stock.
