ROBERTSON, District Judge.
Patricia Speleos filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia on July 6, 1988. 1 Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1104(a), the bankruptcy court appointed a trustee, appellee Kevin McCarthy, to manage the affairs of the bankrupt estate in November 1988.
