Cleary, filed a five count complaint against the defendants, Monahan's Shamrock Cafe (Cafe) and Josephine Monahan individually, as owner and licensed permittee of Monahan's Shamrock Cafe, seeking damages for the fatal injuries to plaintiff's decedent caused by the defendants' alleged negligence, wanton and reckless conduct, and violation of General Statutes 30-102, the Dram Shop Act.
