THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Doc. Nos. 8, 9, 10, 14), Defendant’s Brief in Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Doc. No. 13), and the Magistrate Judge’s Memorandum and Recommendation (“M & R”) (Doc. No. 16), which recommended granting Plaintiffs’ motion.
