Appellant, Tharod Bell, appeals his judgment and sentence after a jury found him guilty of two counts of attempted first-degree murder, five counts of armed rob bery, five counts of aggravated assault, and five counts of false imprisonment. Bell argues that the trial court erred in giving the felony murder instruction and in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal. We disagree, and affirm.
