The property in dispute was derived from three sources: 1st, Money which the deceased had at the time of her marriage with the plaintiff, in 1831; 2d, Either the sum of $80 or $180 received from the estate of the mother of the deceased prior to 1848; and 3d, Moneys received by the deceased, during coverture, for butter, poultry, calves, &c., sold from the farm of the plaintiff.
