Actions and Proceedings Law, art. 15), which involves the question of the validity of a tax deed that was issued to defendant Aronauer by the Treasurer of Orange County, in which action said defendant counterclaimed for similar relief, he appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered April 28, 1971, which (1) granted plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment and (2) denied said defendant’s cross motion to restore the case to the trial calendar and for judgment in his favor.…
