Plaintiff in this Fourteenth Amendment due process and free speech case is a former George Mason University (“GMU”) student who was expelled in December 2014 following an, administrative process that found him responsible for violating two of GMU’s student conduct regulations, one pertaining to sexual misconduct and one pertaining to threats.
