MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
PARKER, District Judge.
Plaintiff, International Paper Company (“International Paper”), brought this action seeking enforcement of a noncompete agreement signed by Mark A. Suwyn (“Suwyn”), a former Executive Vice President of International Paper. International Paper also asserted claims against Suwyn and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (“Louisiana-Pacific”) for breach of fiduciary duties and tortious interference with contract.
