OPINION

RICHARD H. EDELMAN, Senior Justice (Assigned).

In this negligence action, Aleñe Finley (“Finley”), Administratrix of the Estate of John Finley, deceased, appeals a summary judgment in favor of U-Haul Co. of Ai-zona and U-Haul Co. of Texas (collectively, “U-Haul”) on the grounds that the trial court erred by: (1) granting summary judgment when there was no evidence of foreseeability before the court; (2) excluding Finley’s expert witness affidavit and discovery products; and (3) denying Finley’s motion for new trial. We affirm.
