This appeal is brought to this court for review of a decree of the superior court of Cook county construing the will of Timothy Fortin, who died testate August 8, 1912. The will was executed in April, 1907. At that time the testator’s wife and his daughter, Rachel Desmarteau, were living. Appellants, Charles and Fortin Desmarteau, were the only children of Rachel. She died in June, 1910, approximately two years before testator did, leaving appellants as her only children.
