Appellant, Hugo Marcus Selenski, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County following his jury conviction of kidnapping, robbery, and related crimes. 1 Specifically, Appellant challenges the exclusion of his expert witness’s testimony, the use of Pa.R.E. 404(b) “other crimes” evidence from a case in Luzerne County, the alleged failure of the Commonwealth to meet its discovery obligations to him, and the construction of the verdict sheet.
