GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:

This appeal is from the denial of relief sought by Isaac Dailey, pro se, pursuant to a petition brought under 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 challenging conditions of confinement and the conduct of several officials at the Escambia County Jail in Brewton, Alabama. Pending the appeal in state courts of his conviction for forgery and the disposition of other charges against him, plaintiff Dailey has been incarcerated at the Escambia County Jail.
