The plaintiff was put to work at a machine where there were two iron or steel, cylindrical rolls, each two feet in diameter and three feet long, set side by side in a horizontal position, parallel to each other, and revolving in opposite directions at different rates of speed. The bottom of each'roll *38was two feet above the floor and the top of each four feet above it. The machine was used to press out scrap rubber anti work into the rubber certain other substances.
