In the present action regarding the validity of a corporate loan, several Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice for Failure to Effect Service within One Year, and Plaintiffs have made a Motion for Nonsuit of most of the Defendants. Upon hearing the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Nonsuit on April 24, 2006, the Court reserved final ruling on the motions to consider further memoranda.
