Plaintiff, an undertaking establishment, doing business in the city of Shreveport, brought this action against defendant and his insurer, the Great American Indemnity Company of New York, claiming $1,173.75 for damages done its ambulance in a collision with defendant’s coupé. The acts of negligence alleged by plaintiff are:(1) Failure to heed the ambulance siren;(2) Failure to stop or slow down for the intersection within which the collision occurred ;(3)' Driving on the wrong side of the street at a reckless speed of 45 of 50 miles per hour;(4) Failure to keep a proper…
