Buckley v. Featherstone Garage, Inc.

This is a damage suit growing out of a traffic accident which occurred in the daytime at the intersection of Texas and Edwards Streets, in the City of Shreveport. The plaintiff was walking east on the north side of Texas Street and, as she stepped out into Edwards Street, which intersects Texas at right angles, she was struck and injured by a taxicab belonging to the defendant, said cab going north on Edwards Street.
