Plaintiff-Appellant Jerry Vandiver appeals from the district court’s denial of his application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). Vandiver concedes that his application is subject to the three-strikes rule under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g), but argues that the district court erred in concluding that he failed to allege an imminent danger of serious physical injury, a statutory exception to the three-strikes rule.
