MANION, Circuit Judge.

Jerome Anderson was convicted in Illinois state court of two counts of attempted murder and one count of aggravated battery. After exhausting his state court remedies, Anderson filed a petition for ha-beas corpus arguing that he was denied due process and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. The district court denied Anderson’s petition for habe-as relief. We affirm.
