GARRETT, Chief Justice.

This action was brought by the appellant against appellee to recover upon a beneficiary certificate issued by the appellee to her deceased husband, G. C. Pledger, who was a member of Orchard Camp No. 72, located at Tyler, Texas. The case was tried by a jurjq and a verdict was returned, by direction of the trial judge, in favor of the appellee, and judgment in its favor was rendered thereon, from which this appeal has been taken.
