Martin Tracy McBurnett appeals from the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala. R. Crim. P., petition. The petition challenged his convictions, following his entry of "best-interest" guilty pleas1 to: first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation of § 13A-12-213, Ala.
