J. W. Teel brought this suit against Texas Employers’ Insurance Association to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board and to recover compensation insurance in a jump sum for injuries claimed to have been sustained in the course of his employment, and which had resulted in total permanent incapacity. The jury to whom special issues were submitted found that the injuries had been sustained as alleged, that'they resulted in total incapacity, and that such total incapacity was permanent.
