—In an action, inter alia, to recover unpaid rent, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), dated March 23, 1999, as denied its motion for summary judgment on its complaint and for summary judgment dismissing the defendants’ second, third, fourth, and fifth counterclaims.
