As the Court previously discussed in its Order Regarding Supplemental Briefing [Doc. 47], this action for a declaratory judgment arises out of a commercial liability and business owner’s policy (“the Policy” or “the insurance policy”) issued by Plaintiff Vermont Mutual Insurance Company (“Vermont Mutual”) to Paul E.
