MANSMANN, Circuit Judge.
In this contract dispute, resolved by the district court’s grant of summary judgment to National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), the appellant American Lumber Corporation urges us to reverse the district court’s grant of summary judgment on the basis that the release signed by American Lumber’s assignor did not contemplate the current breach of contract action.
