This action was commenced by George W. Love in the district court of Coffey county against J. W. Parker and the Kansas Loan and Trust Company, to recover a balance alleged to be due plaintiff below in consideration of the execution and delivery of a certain note and mortgage to the Kansas Loan and Trust Company.
