Plaintiff Trust Company Bank filed this action alleging an indebtedness due from defendant Adams upon an automobile lease. Defendant answered raising several defenses including accord and satisfaction, failure to comply with the Consumer Leasing Act, 15 USC §§ 1640 and 1667, and counterclaimed seeking an award of damages and attorney fees pursuant to the Consumer Leasing Act.
