Plaintiff Laura J. Eidler brought suit against defendant Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin over defendant’s denial of certain medical claims made by plaintiff. Plaintiff alleges breach of contract, misrepresentation, bad faith, tortious interference with contract, emotional distress, and violation of due process.
