This is an appeal from the sustaining of a motion to dismiss a complaint brought against a corporation for breach of a contract retaining the complainant, a former executive president and chairman of the board of directors, for a period of twenty years, “to serve as chairman of the board of directors and to furnish such advisory, consulting and other services as may reasonably be required by said company” at a salary of $20,000 a year, plus an automobile and chauffeur, and agreeing to pay office rent not to exceed $600 per year and to pay the office telephone bill.
