The 24th’ Senatorial District Republican Committee of Virginia' and Committee Chairman Kenneth H. Adams (together, the “Committee”), and Plaintiff-Intervenor Daniel Moxley, appeal the district court’s dismissal of their complaints for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. ' See Fed.
