J. O. Halphin, Jr., brought suit against the parish of St. Martin for a small sum, unappealable in amount.

Bug. A. Duchamp is president of the police jury of said parish.

The citation was addressed to him personally and individually. The police- jury of said parish filed an exception to the citation on this account. The exception was overruled.
