Sophia Cooper, petitioner, seeks review of an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County affirming, on the record, a judgment for respondents Gregory Vlachos and Robert Sacco in the District Court of Maryland. At trial, after petitioner, the plaintiff before the District Court, closed her case-in-chief, respondents moved for judgment, alleging that petitioner failed to prove that either of the respondents drove or owned the motor vehicle involved in the alleged accident.
