{¶ 1} These appeals concern the scope of insurance coverage relating to a traffic accident, in which two automobile occupants died, that was caused by the admitted negligence of the operator of a tractor-trailer rig. At this point, questions pertaining to the coverage on the tractor involved in the accident have been resolved. At issue is whether the policy of insurance covering the leased trailer involved in the accident is a potential source of recovery for the personal representatives of the accident victims and for their estates.
