A single justice of this court reserved and reported the request of the plaintiff, Jayne K. Benmosche, to set aside a decision of the Board of Registration in Medicine (board) revoking her registration to practice medicine and fining her $10,000. In the alternative, Benmosche asks that we remand the case to the board for the presentation of addi*83tional evidence. We conclude that the Board’s decision was supported by substantial evidence showing that Benmosche misrepresented her qualifications and lacked a medical degree.
