OPINION
BARAJAS, Justice.
This is an appeal from the entry of summary judgment and a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a case alleging wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and fraud. Martha Sanchez, Appellant, brought suit against Johnson & Johnson Medical, Inc., f/k/a Surgikos, Inc., Appellee, under Article 8307c of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act and further alleged claims for breach of contract and fraud when she was not permitted to return to work after being injured on the job. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Appellee on the claim of retaliatory discharge.…
