ORDER
This case is before us on remand from the United States Supreme Court, which vacated this court’s previous judgment of dismissal for lack of jurisdiction and remanded the case for further consideration. See Interactive Flight Techs., Inc. v. Swissair Swiss Air Transp. Co., — U.S. -, 121 S.Ct. 1184, 149 L.Ed.2d 101 (2001). Specifically, the Court directed that we further consider the case in light of the subsequently issued opinion in Green Tree Financial Corp.-Alabama v. Randolph, 531 U.S. 79, 121 S.Ct. 513, 148 L.Ed.2d 373 (2000). We now do so and, in particular, we reconsider…
