Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunlop, J.), rendered January 14, 2005, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contention that the evidence was legally insufficient to establish his guilt of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree because the identification testimony of the complainant, who was the only witness, was unreliable, is without merit.
