I. INTRODUCTION

- Leo Razzi (“the Debtor”) commenced this chapter 13 bankruptcy case on May 21, 2014.1 (Doc. # 1). In his bankruptcy schedules, he disclosed ownership of two (2) properties in the City of Philadelphia: 1015 New Market Street (“the New Market Property”) and 1018-30 Germantown Avenue (“the Germantown Avenue Property”) (collectively, “the Properties”), with current values of $150,000.00 and $500,000.00, respectively.
