A. Procedural History
Plaintiff/Debtor, Edwin O. Crespo, filed a chapter 13 under petition on March 4, 2014, and on July 20, 2014, he filed the complaint initiating this adversary proceeding under 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(l)(B)(i). Debtor seeks to avoid the pre-petition tax upset sale of his property to Defendant, Abijah Tafari Immanuel. Later in 2014, Immanuel moved to dismiss the complaint, which I denied.
