This case involves the payment of proceeds from a life insurance policy and the issue of whether the complaint in interpleader filed by the appellant, •USAble Life, relieves it of liability for prejudgment interest, a statutory penalty, and attorneys’ fees for its failure to make payment of the policy proceeds to the named policy beneficiaries within the 90 days prescribed by the policy.
