Appellant, Aurelio Rivera, HI (“Rivera”), appeals from the Superior Court’s June 2, 2008 Order of Judgment and Commitment, which sentenced him to twenty years of incarceration. For the reasons which follow, we will affirm Rivera’s conviction.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
