This was an action for fraud and deceit by Frank Leimkuebler, ITenry Ritterbuseh, A. C. Peuster, Christ Zimmerman and Hugo Teckemeyer, plaintiffs, against George Wessen-dorf, T. M. Ehlers, Rojr Burgard, Lot A. Doughty and E. P. Roberts, defendants. Respondents, who were plaintiffs below, owned about nine hundred acres of land in Saline County, Missouri, known as Brockway Island, and in this action they sought to recover the value of certain properties alleged to have been fraudulently concealed and appropriated by clef on danta in the exchange of this land for a farm and other properties in…
