Plaintiff Robert Storm commenced this common law action against his former employer, ITW Insert Molded Products, a Division of Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (“ITW”), following his termination from ITW, alleging wrongful discharge in violation of' public policy, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
