This is a suit by Ida Bessinger, a widow, against Mildred Faye Chandler, individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of James H. Chandler, deceased. Ida Bes-singer was the mother of James H. Chandler, deceased, and alleged in her petition that she filed a claim for $8,240.00 against the estate of James H.
