*909“This suit involves a fund in the possession of the Security National Banl^ of-Dallas, Tex., garnishee, in a suit brought by the appellee, Heid Bros., Incorporated, of El Paso, Tex., against the Pierson-Lathrop Grain Company of Hutchinson, Kan.
