This case comes before the court on defendant’s motion for new trial and/or in arrest of judgment.

On October 29, 1969, defendant was convicted in a trial by jury of the charge of receiving stolen goods. The evidence showed that on April 11, 1967, police officers discovered four revolvers in a suitcase hidden underneath a refrigerator in an apartment rented by Mrs. Geraldine Hackling, at 65 Mechanics Lane, Plymouth, Pa.
