OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, John W. Hoschar, filed suit against Appellee, Colleen M. Welton, in the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas as a result of personal injuries he sustained from a motor vehicle accident. Appellee's negligence was stipulated to at trial, but she disputed Appellant's alleged injuries resulting from the accident. Appellee extensively cross-examined Appellant's medical expert and challenged Appellant's and the doctor's credibility.
