MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES D. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is a Complaint for Determination of Dischargeability of Debt filed by Agribank, FCB (“Plaintiff’) against Effie Lou Gordon (“Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). This is a c.ore matter within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I)•
The Court held a trial on April 12, 2001. After considering the pleadings, evidence and applicable authorities, the Court enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law in compliance with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7052.
