Mastermold, Inc., appeals from a judgment confirming an arbitrator's award made in favor of Rodney DePue, d/b/a Custom Molded Plastics. Mas-termold contends that it was illegally excluded from the arbitrator-selection process, and that the arbitrator therefore acted in excess of his authority. The circuit court ruled that, having participated in the arbitration proceedings, Mastermold was estopped from first bringing this objection to the court after the proceedings were completed.
