HAUK, District Judge.
This case comes before us upon Defendant’s motion to dismiss a complaint wherein his employee alleges that the employer has violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 19641 by discriminating against him in promotions because of his race. Plaintiff seeks promotion to the appropriate job classification, reimbursement for all compensation lost due to Defendant’s alleged discriminatory failure to promote Plaintiff, punitive damages, attorneys fees, costs, and injunctive relief.
